AGIR pour les cépages rares
In this podcast produced by InPACT 37 and InPACT Centre, you'll hear from
François BONHOMME, co-president of the URGC (Union des Ressources Génétiques du Centre) and Valérie FORGUES, member of AGIR, an association linked to the URGC.
Both are committed to researching, multiplying, conserving and promoting varieties (vegetables, grape varieties, fruit) and breeds (donkeys, chickens, etc.) formerly selected and cultivated in the Centre-Val de Loire region. These breeds and varieties may have gustatory benefits, be more resistant to climate change and better adapted to the soil of our region.
