2) Price
The price mentioned on the quote is expressed in euros and includes all duties and taxes of any kind.
Domaine de la Méchinière reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
Products ordered are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
The price will be communicated to him before validation of the order by the customer.
The customer acknowledges having read these General Conditions of Sale and accepts their terms.
3) Characteristics of the services

Wine tastings are reserved for adults.
4) Booking the service
Addock is an intermediary acting under a contract by which it is vested with the power to publish, sell and market tickets on behalf of Domaine de la Méchinière.
Reservations are made in real time via Addock's servers, based on the service parameters provided by Domaine de la Méchinière.
The Domaine de la Méchinière validates and accepts orders placed via the Addock website and the Domaine de la Méchinière website under the terms of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
By validating the order, the customer declares that he/she has read and accepts the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
All orders will only be taken into consideration once payment has been received. The Domaine de la Méchinière reserves the right to cancel any orders that do not comply with the terms of the contract or that are doubtful, as well as those from a customer with whom there is any dispute.As soon as the order is confirmed, and unless an exception is mentioned when the order is placed, the customer will receive an e-mail containing the digital ticket (in the body of the message or as an attachment).Each ticket has a unique code that allows access to the tasting. Only one person can access the service with a ticket. In the event of loss, theft or duplication of a valid ticket, only the first person holding the ticket will have access to the tasting. The customer remains responsible for the use made of his or her ticket.
5) Printing conditions
Partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible tickets may not be accepted and will therefore be considered invalid by Domaine de la Méchinière.
Domaine de la Méchinière may also accept other methods of presenting the Ticket: mobile phone, tablet.
6) Cancellation conditions
Any cancellation by Domaine de la Méchinière will result in the reimbursement of all sums paid for the reservation of activities.
For any cancellation by the customer:
* Up to 8 days before the date of the service: full refund of the sums paid
* Between the 8th day and 2nd day before the date of the service: reimbursement of 50% of the sums paid
* From the 2nd day before the date of the service: total retention of the sums paid
Any booked service may be canceled by the customer by phone, email, or via the website's contact page. To be accepted, the cancellation request must be based on valid reasons. Domaine de la Méchinière reserves the right to refuse a cancellation if the reason is not acceptable.
7) Use and validity of the ticket
The ticket is only valid for the date and time reserved, which were validated by Domaine de la Méchinière when the reservation request was made via Addock. Domaine de la Méchinière reserves the right to take legal action against buyers who offer tickets for sale at a price higher than their face value.
8) Payment methods
The price is due upon ordering. Payment is made online.
9) Ticket control method imposed
Domaine de la Méchinière and its representatives will check the tickets using the unique code displayed on the ticket.
10) Personal data
Membership to the site requires the customer to provide a certain amount of personal data about them.
This data, necessary for processing the order and managing the commercial relations of Domaine de la Méchinière with its customers, is secure, kept confidential and is not subject to any commercial use by third parties.
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, the consumer has a right of access and rectification with regard to any personal information concerning him.
11) Insurance
The customer is responsible for their belongings during the visit and tasting at Domaine de la Méchinière.
Domaine de la Méchinière cannot be held liable under any circumstances in the event of loss or theft of the client's property during a visit to the Domaine.
Domaine de la Méchinière has taken out civil and professional liability insurance which covers in particular the financial consequences that may be incurred by the insured due to bodily injury, material damage and non-material damage caused to the beneficiary as a result of faults, errors of fact or law, omissions or negligence committed during its activity as an activity transmitter.
12) Applicable law
The language of this contract is French.
All clauses of these General Conditions of Sale, all transactions and purchasing operations carried out from the site domaine-mechiniere.com as well as by mail are governed by French Law and law.
13) Protection of minors and similar persons
In accordance with Article L. 3342-1 of the French Public Health Code, the sale of alcohol and wine tasting to minors and persons with legal incapacity is prohibited. Members must be at least 18 years old when placing their order. In order to verify the identity and age of the person making the withdrawal, the seller may request proof of identity in accordance with the law.

In the event of a dispute between the Client and the company, they will endeavor to resolve it amicably.
